Jacob is Dakota and Ojibway from Cote First Nation. He has a Degree in Business from the First Nations University of Canada and will earn his Master of Science in Social Entrepreneurship in May 2018. 

Jacob's career in the entertainment industry started as a pow wow dancer and eventually grew into hoop dance. Then he expanded by training in contemporary and ballet. He realized he had an opportunity and started his first business Wambdi Performance and Events. All while pursuing his undergraduate degree. This business won him the 2016 CCAB National Youth Entrepreneur of the Year. 

His performing career developed and quickly grew into acting. This passion has lead him to voicing the lead character for an animated series called Louis Says, Hosting a TV show called Wild Archaeology, and a principle character in the Starz hit series Outlander, as a few examples of his acting career.  

He continues to develop his professional career. He has done things like working for Disney Live Entertainment. He has started some large film and television projects that are currently in development and will be shared when the time is right. He is dedicated to being successful within the entertainment industry as an actor but also as a content creator.

Jacob truly considers himself a storyteller. Everything he has done and is working towards is driven by the passion of sharing impactful stories.
